JPMorgan is building a white-labeled biometric platform to help merchants integrate secure, frictionless payments and authentication into their dining and retail experiences.

Merchants struggled to understand how biometrics could integrate meaningfully into their existing systems — and why it was worth the operational lift.

Designed a full prototype flow across large-screen kiosks and JPM’s PayPad hardware — showing how customers could check in, order, redeem loyalty, and pay with biometrics in under a minute.
